RevMap bridges these teams so companies can build better products, speed up product market fit and sell more efficiently. By unlocking valuable insights from sales, RevMap powers the best product and roadmap decisions, based on actionable customer and market feedback. We gamify and capture collaboration in Slack and other workflows, make product and roadmap insights easily discoverable for sales teams, and help companies reward product teams for their contribution to sales success.

What you will do

Build and iterate on the RevMap product in close collaboration with the founder / CEO and founding engineering team

Your goal is to help RevMap find early product market fit combining user feedback, business objectives and effective product design. You will ship often and iterate based on user feedback

Design and prototype high-fidelity flows with documentation detailing the rationale behind design choices

You'll help define early product concepts and execute on a crisp and effective visual design. You have experience with some of the following mockup and prototyping tools: Sketch, Framer, Figma.

Conduct user research with our early customers to understand user behavior and requirements, and translate these into product flows

Partner with founding engineers to create responsive designs and understand implementation requirements and constraints

Awareness of how software interfaces are built. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, Javascript, and Typescript and frontend technologies

Finding novel ways to encourage the collaboration between product and sales teams for our customers

Developing our product design function over time

What we are looking for

3+ years experience shipping products for web in product design roles working for product forward companies

A portfolio that demonstrates examples of your product design work you’ve shipped. A strong sense for clear, simple, design

Ability to balance user feedback, intuition and your design skills. You believe in shipping the ideas that work well

Familiarity with HTML, CSS, React, Typescript

A love of startups and technology, ideally a track record in helping companies discover product market fit via design

You care about the business needs, implications, and practicality of your designs. You don't get stuck on pretty UI or deep abstractions, and can balance between craft, speed, and value for the user

You like coming up with creative ideas and enjoy gamifying experiences for our users
